Returns handling
For trouble-free handling of returns, please observe the following steps.
Returned goods can only be processed if they have been booked by you in advance and confirmed by us. In order to book in a returned item, please contact the HOMA Service- and Sales team providing the following information:
- Delivery note or invoice number for the consignment
- Reason for return
- Article number and quantity of articles that you would like to return
Resulting from the above, you will receive a corresponding return delivery note from us.
