High temperatures and abrasive media occur in the steel industry – for example, in sinter water from cooling processes. HOMA pumps with wear-resistant impellers and agitators from the HRS and CHRS series ensure reliable pumping and mixing in these applications. Mobile dirty water pumps from the HBP series are used for abrasive coal wastewater. In metalworking and surface hardening, compact agitators ensure uniform mixing of cooling and quenching media.
