Application

Series TP48 submersible pumps are used for pumping soiled and waste water as well as sludge. With their large free passage of 50 mm, they are particularly well suited for use with media containing coarse solids and fibres. Ideal for economical disposal in municipal, private, trade and industry applications.

Installation

Stationary or mobile. Version with float switch for use as automatic water level controlled drainage pump.

Materials

Pump housing, Motor housing (Cast iron EN-GJL-250) Impeller, Rotor shaft (Stainless steel), Mechanical seal (SiC/SiC), Elastomers (NBR), Mechanical connection parts (Stainless steel).

Pumped liquid

Clear water and domestic waste water, sewage with solid and fibrous content. Max. temperature of conveying medium: 40°C, briefly up to 60°C.

Motor

Fully immersible motor, sealed against pressurised water, oil-filled. Insulation class H, protection rating IP 68. Thermostat sensor for temperature monitoring in the winding. Electrical compartment is separate from motor.

Impeller

Impeller of the TP48 series.

For optimum adaptation to the pump medium and operating conditions.

Vortex impeller

For coarse and fibrous polluted, braid-forming and gaseous media.

Open single-channel impeller

For dirty and muddy fluids with solid and fibrous components.

The network frequency is 50 Hz in the EU.
In other parts of the world, such as in the North American region, Brazil, Saudi Arabia or South Korea 60 Hz.
