Application

Pump for pumping dirty water also containing coarse solids and fibre content up to 20 or 30 mm diameter. Compact, lightweight and robust stainless steel design, ideal for waste water disposal in the home or as a portable emergency pump for example in case of flooding.

Installation

Permanent or transportable. Model with float switch control for automatic pump operation, depending on liquid level in the sump.

Materials

Motor housing, rotor shaft, pump housing, screws, suction sieve, impeller (Stainless steel 1.4301), Mechanical seal (Carbongraphite/chromesteel), Seal kit (NBR).

Pumped liquid

Clear water and drainage water containing soft solids up to 20 or 30 mm spherical clearance. Max. liquid temperature: 35°C, short term up to 60°C.

Motor

Fully submersible, pressure tight electric motor. Stainless steel motor- and pump housing. Insulation class F. Motor protection IP 68. Thermal sensors imbedded in the motor winding.

Features

Sufficient motor cooling is ensured even at low water level through the cooling jacket with top-mounted pressure connection.

The network frequency is 50 Hz in the EU.
In other parts of the world, such as in the North American region, Brazil, Saudi Arabia or South Korea 60 Hz.
