Application

Compact mini pump station for sanitary installations with hand basins, washing machines, urinal, bidet, showers, bathtub, dishwasher, sink in basement apartments or cellars which are below sewer backwaste level. The San.iQ one is also the ideal solution for subsequent installation of sanitary facilities corresponding DIN EN 12050-2. In addition, the unit can also dispose of water from softening plants (brine up to15%), condensation water from refrigerated counters and air-conditioning systems, waste water from dishwashers, and hot water.

Materials

Collection tank (Composite), Pump housing (Glass fibre reinforced composite), Impeller (Glass fibre reinforced composite), Motor housing and shaft made of high quality stainless steel.

Pumped liquid

Domestic drainage water and effluent. Max 75℃ for 5 minutes.

Motor

Single-phase electric motor with thermal sensors embedded in the winding. Insulation Class B. Stainless steel rotor shaft, pre-lubricated bearings.

Collection Tank

Odour-tight plastic collection tank with separate dry area. Maximum utility volume 11 litres. One top inlet DN 40. Two late ral inlets DN 40 with integrated non-return valve, sealing ring. Discharge DN 32 (Da40) mm diameter with integrated non return valves. Air vent with activated carbon filter.

Features

The built-in stainless steel drainage pump operates automatically by a floatswitch control. The discharge pipe with 32 mm minimum diameter can be easily installed with minimum construction work. The San.iQ one compact design allows installation directly under the hand basin, where space is at a premium. The new tank design with separate dry area allows easy access in case of service. The network frequency is 50 Hz in the EU.
In other parts of the world, such as in the North American region, Brazil, Saudi Arabia or South Korea 60 Hz.
