Two years later he built a residential building in Weesbach. The ground floor offered space for offices and workshop areas. Quality gets around. The well-known enterprises " Walterscheid " and "Bergische Achsenfabrik " became customer. At that moment the number of employees is manageable. From the beginning to now HOMA is a family business. Hans Hoffmann’s wife Wally Hoffmann cooked for the employees and all eat together in the Hoffmann’s family kitchen.
