Application

Irrigation and drainage tasks in clean or polluted water. Cellar drainage, keeping pits, shafts and rooms dry. Waste water disposal in cellar rooms (e.g. washbasins, showers, washing machine). Lowering of surface water. Emergency use in case of flooding. Water withdrawal from watercourses or reservoirs for irrigation.

Installation

Stationary or transportable. Design with lever float circuit as automatic drainage pump with water level dependent operation control. Continuous operation by means of float lock possible.

Materials

Motor housing, screws (stainless steel), Pump housing, suction strainer (glass fibre reinforced plastic), Impeller (glass fibre reinforced plastic), Elastomers (NBR).

Pumped liquid

Clear water, dirty water and grey water with solids up to 20 mm grain size. Max. Temperature of the pumped medium: 35°C, briefly up to 60°C.

Motor

Single phase electric motor. Motor protection through temperature monitoring. Insulation class F. Protection class IP 68. Stainless steel motor shaft with ceramic-coated sealing surface, permanently lubricated roller bearings.

Features

10 m connection cable allows an actual diving depth of 7 m. Partially flooded motor for optimal cooling of the motor even when the motor is submerged. Automatic venting with additional venting screw. Removable suction strainer allows residual water up to 5 mm to be sucked out. Automatic flushing device possible.
